  • Be the force behind smooth, stress-free operations so our team can do what they do best—create

Key Responsibilities:

1. Workflow & Process Optimization

  • Refine internal systems (Asana, Google Drive, Slack)
  • Ensure deliverables and deadlines are consistently met
  • Oversee billing, invoicing, and vendor payments

2. Resource & Team Management

  • Match the right talent to the right projects
  • Collaborate across creative, strategy, client service, and production teams
  • Support hiring, onboarding, and vendor management

3. Office & Studio Management

  • Maintain studio space, refreshments, and cleanliness
  • Greet and host clients when on-site

4. Tech & Systems Oversight

  • Manage all communication and workflow tools
  • Implement automation and AI solutions where possible
  • Ensure IT systems and file storage are secure and efficient

5. Culture & Team Support

  • Foster a positive, productive work culture
  • Lead training sessions and team development opportunities
  • Act as a team advocate and solution-seeker

6. Reporting & Performance Tracking

  • Track KPIs related to ops, profitability, and team performance
  • Provide leadership with data insights to improve systems

✅ Qualifications:

  • Professional presence and polished communication
  • Strong experience managing multiple teams and high-value clients
  • Ability to stay cool under pressure and juggle competing priorities
  • Driver’s license and reliable transportation (in-studio role)
  • Experience in creative or content agency environments (preferred)

Compensation:

Salary: $52,500 to $62,500

Perks:

  • Work in a creative, high-energy studio
  • Collaborate with some of the most innovative minds in content
  • Room to grow with a fast-scaling agency
